In preparation of the 5th Summit of the Americas to be held in Trinidad and Tobago in April 2009, a series of Dialogues will be held throughout the Americas to gather the input and recommendations of the young people of the 34 OAS Member States on the Draft; Declaration of Commitment of Port of Spain.

Dialogues Of the Americas, was an event held inside the program week 2 grow in which young people talked about the Sub-regional Americas dialogue for the participation of young people in the process of the V Summit of the Americas

South America dialogue report (Spanish)

South American sub regional dialogue, was held in Asuncion, Paraguay on November 21st 2008.
Six countries from the región, represented by 56 young participants, representing NGOs, Universities, Foundations, Ministries and Other groups
