Young people from different countries in the region came to Cartagena with a clear objective: To discuss the issues that their countries are going through and develop a consensus among themselves to implement concrete actions to follow up the VI Summit of the Americas resolutions. The III Young Americas Forum constituted the space for young people to have an official channel to formally present their recommendations to the government at the gathering of the VI Summit of the Americas.

The III Young Americas Forum is a great opportunity to contribute to democracy and progress in our region. On this platform, young people have the opportunity to analyze and discuss challenges in order to propose viable and sustainable solutions and new perspectives to contribute to the VI Summit of the Americas.
The III Young Americas Forum takes place on the eve of the VI Summit of the Americas in Cartagena, Colombia, and includes the participation of young people who have been actively involved in the Consultations, National, Regional Dialogues, and other processes that lead to the forum.
